Studio Class Schedule
Zumba Class – Have fun dancing and working out to great music. This is an entry level Zumba class designed for all ages. Class Times: Tuesday at 5:30 pm; Wednesday at 10:00 am; and Friday at 6:00 pm.
Pilates and Yoga (PIYO) – Get the best of both with our combination PIYO class. PIYO combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility from Yoga. Class Times: Tuesday at 5:00 pm and Thursday at 11:00 am.
Chair Stretch Class – Pull up a chair and join us for a gentle seated stretch session. This class is targeted for seniors or others who may struggle with flexibility or going to the floor for exercise. Class times: Monday at 12:30 pm.; Wednesday at 12:00 noon.
